As our Customer Care Coordinator, McKayla’s our main point of contact for day-to-day operations: preparing estimates, sending proposals, and making sure that every big project, quick repair, or touch of seasonal flowers is handled by one of our teams. And in her other role of “Dog Mom,” McKayla is her french bulldogs’ main point of contact for walks, playtime, and lots and lots of treats.
